Ok well thats the first I saw it called out. But this is not the 80’s and I don’t think you can call 128k a functional internet speed. I could literally not even load simple webpages. Also the rep assured me at signup that it would slow to maybe 40mb. No matter that, calling this a “slow down” is pretty misleading as it will be functionally unusable.
