New phone, new line, no sim card?
I added a new line and bought at new phone from t-mobile, all online. Received the phone, but there's no sim card included. Now I have to wait for them to ship me one. It's been several days and I'v...

As a new T-Mobile user myself I am no expert. But two thoughts:
1. Some new phones support eSim, meaning they no longer need a physical SIM card to be activated. Read more here: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/devices/sim-esim
2. If you have access to a local brick and mortar T-Mobile shop, you should be able to get a SIM card if needed, and they can ensure it is activated properly.
