Neither stores nor reps handle parent Project 10 Million enrollments. You need to sign up online. It's highly likely you need a different email address because you signed up for a T-Mobile id with your current email.
I’ve tried signing up but it says “The information you provided is already connected to an existing project 10million account.” This is the first time I’ve tried to sign up for this and so I don’t know why it’s saying that.
