Did you lose your autopay discount by not changing your payment method to a debit card? Have you made any changes to your plan or purchased any new devices? Have you roamed or made calls or texts to numbers outside of what is included with your calling plan? Customer Care at 611 can tell you exactly why there may be any increases in your bill.
