Is this a scam
I received a text thanking me for my business. When I clicked the link it said that I had won a TV. After taking a survey and told me that I have to pay shipping for the TV and asked for my infor...
If it seems to be good to be true, it probably is. It sure sounds like a scam to me.
Also the smartfashiondaily.com webpage looked like this, and even had logos imploring it was a trusted site (although McAfee at least had no record of it).
At the VERY bottom, when I clicked terms and conditions, the scam part was revealed: by ordering and paying for shipping, you're enrolling in a trial of their app, which, after the trial period, charges you $86. This was not mentioned anywhere else, nor did you have to click on terms and conditions first.
