how do i take one line of my account

I want to take the line 650-4308817 of my account. My son has his own account with another provider now. Please cancel that line from my account. I tried with your customer service to get this done but without result, they gave us a pin to ,achive this but the pin was wrong did not workI just want to take away line 650-4308817
