how do i close my account after 20 years of dealing with this

    Unfortunately you need to call Tmobile support to close your account.

I was on my mom's account. She passed away. I'm trying to close the account

 They keep saying they have to fill out a form and then someone will call me back. NOBODY calls back. Now I have to wait another 4 days and someone is supposed to call. This is ridiculous. Going on 3 weeks now!!
