How can I contact T-Mobile Corporate Office?

I honestly have spoken with 8 different people including several supervisors and no body can figure out anything they over charge me don't know why and then barter with the money back I was never supposed to pay.. give me deals a d then take them back and every mistake then has me on thr phone for hours all over again... I can't speak with another call center I need someone in charge before I burst!
