HELLLLLLPPPPPPPP

I HAVE HELD APPROXIMATELY 4 HOURS OVER THE LAST WEEK WITHOUT GETTING A SIMPLE RESOLUTIONS TO MY NEEDS. THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE. PLEASE HELP

  •  if you were meaning you have been on hold for about 4 hours over the last week then if its an option i would contact TMO through either Facebook or Twitter..this starts you with tier 2 support over the call in tier 1 support agents.
