Has anyone elses T-Mobile internet service gone to sh*t
For the last two months I've been battling with T-Mobile and their rude, lying, and useless Customer service team to get my internet speeds up since it has dwindled from around 40-50 Mbps to asking speed of a whole 5 Mbps, constantly being told it work itself out in a Month yes a MONTH! Two weeks later I'm down to 1-2 Mbps, come this week I'm now at 0.55 Mbps. Is this happening with anyone else? Did u find a solution? Could now I'm currently being charged $70 a month now to basically only be able to scroll social media and check emails.

My experience is that they've been very responsive and thorough.
