YOU ALL SHOULD WRITE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL IN YOUR STATES. I HAVE HAD TO DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES WITH DIFFERENT COMPANYS AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS RESOLVED THE ISSUE FOR ME.
