charge on my apple watch
T-Mobile gave me i deal of buy and get one free on my apple watch which i will only pay for data of $10 a month on the other watch i get free , but uptil now am being charge for both watches at full price monthly i want to why am being for both. Please i want that issue resolved thank you.
are you able to post a screen shot of your bill (edit out any personal info..phone number..address..your full name..) and then post it in here? usually you’ll see a charge for it then a negative of the same amount.
how long ago did you start this promo? i know some can take a couple billing cycles to kick in.
Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
