Apple Watch switch with esim

I try to get my new Apple 8 to work, Ooops call Tmobile. I cannot get through on the helpline. i tried it now 4 times on 4 different days. sometimes 30 minutes waiting sometimes longer. One time i got a call an hour later back and was then waiting for more than 20 minutes. NO REAL PEOPLE.

I do not know who has the time to wait in line for more than 2 hours I do not.

We have 6 lines with Tmobile and have a business account.
