## Eligibility requirements
State Agencies are mandatorily required. Authorized Users must be listed on the OGS Contract User Verification List evidencing formal issuance of an OGS Customer ID#. If Authorized Users are not listed on the OGS Contract User Verification List and eligibility cannot be verified, Authorized Users must apply for eligibility through [OGS Customer Service](https://ogs.ny.gov/procurement/ogs-procurement-services-centralized-contract-eligibility-application?icid=TFB_TMO_P_21PSSLNY_M7I51TK3G3MYGXEBQ24197).
