Help for all international issues
Before getting into specifics, try these general steps to fix most issues.
- Check if service is available in the country you're visiting and that your device is compatible.
- Dial #RON# (#766#) to make sure data roaming is turned on.
- Make sure Airplane mode is off.
- Perform a manual network selection and try to connect to all of T-Mobile's roaming partners in that country at least three times.
- Try turning off your mobile device, wait about 10 seconds, and turn it back on.
- Check if you have international roaming blocking active on your line.
- If those things still don't work, check out the troubleshooting steps on this page for your specific situation.
Issues with calls or messages
