I received such a great experience from this location I felt I needed to write a review. I started off here because my previous phone had issues and I ended up needing a new one last minute and Kameron and Crystal helped me in such a professional manner, they explained everything I needed to know, answered any questions I had, and overall made the process the least stressful thing ever. Crystal let me know of current deals available and ensured she explained details in full so that I can make an informed decision. The service was so great I came back and got my girlfriend a new phone here as well and was informed to wait one day for a better deal and I did and exactly as told, I got a better trade in value. I appreciate these two and if there’s any kind of progression at this location, give these two a raise immediately because i don’t think this location would be doing as good without them. Now I did have one gripe but not with these two, I didn’t get their names so I only describe them as the two younger hispanic women, they gave me bad information, didn’t know how to explain anything, and from my visits here seem to not have a grasp on what to do as every customer I’ve seen them deal with, always had to go to others. If you can get with any other worker besides these two, you’ll have a better experience. They may be new idk, but they definitely need more training or some kind of supervision, they clearly just there to get a check based on my experience, and aren’t as professional as everyone else, you’ll know them immediately when you interact with them, they typically stand or sit front of the store to the left, wait longer for another employee if you can.

Come on a Friday if you can, Wednesday or Thursday you may need to deal with them, but if you see Crystal or Kameron, give them time and you’ll be taken care of without issue, so don’t give them any attitude.
