Military leave

We know our military employees have duties that might take them away from work, so we've put together a Military Compensation plan, effective their first day. The plan allows up to 20 paid workdays every year to be used for military activities, including drill weekends. The days can be used as individual days, partial days (hourly/intermittent time), up to 4 continuous weeks in the calendar year, or a combination.*

Health coverage

We offer medical, dental and vision coverage to all employees the first day of the month after 30 days of employment. Our coverage also extends to spouses, domestic partners, dependents, and domestic partners’ children under 26.

We have investing options including a 401(k) plan and a purchase plan that gives you the chance to grab T-Mobile stock at a discount. Plus, every single employee is offered an annual Employee Stock Grant.

Childcare subsidy
