Privacy Center

Before you make a personal data request.

Privacy laws in several U.S. states, like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), provide residents of those states the right to access, delete, and correct personal information that businesses have collected about them. At T-Mobile, we offer these same choices broadly to our personnel in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

As a current or former employee, contractor, vendor, job applicant, or office visitor, you can always request a copy of the personal data we have about you. You can also ask us to delete your personal data, but, in some cases, we'll need to keep that information for business and legal reasons. To get started on an access or delete request, look for the button below that reads “Start online form.”

If you’re interested in correcting some information we have about you, please visit our Correct your data page for easy instructions.

For more information about your data rights, read our FAQs or explore the following topics:

    What to expect

When submitting a request to access, delete, or correct your personal information, please remember the process takes time and effort—on your part and ours. You’ll need about 20 minutes to collect your identification items and fill out the form. After your request is complete, you'll hear back from us within 45 days. Before you begin, please be prepared with the following:

    Your email

You’ll need a valid email address you can access and verify during the request process. If you have multiple email addresses as a member of our personnel and as a customer, please submit a separate request for each one.

    Your phone number

Make sure your phone can receive SMS text messages. If you have multiple phone numbers as a member of our personnel and as a customer, please submit a separate request for each one.

    Your ID

Depending on your working relationship with T-Mobile and our other brands, we may also ask for a copy of your valid U.S. driver's license or passport. .

    Your photo

If we ask to see your photo ID, you’ll also need to take a photo of your face using a device with a camera. This ensures the ID truly belongs to you.

    For New Hampshire residents only

Under New Hampshire law, we cannot accept New Hampshire driver’s licenses for identity verification. Please be prepared to provide another form of government-issued photo identification, like a passport.

    Complete your request online

Once you've collected the documentation described above, you're ready to take the next step.

Note: If you worked for or visited T-Mobile outside the U.S., the “Start online form” link above will not connect you to the proper online form. Instead, please email IntlPrivSpt@T‑Mobile.com for further information.

    Complete your request by phone

If you prefer, you may call Employee Care and ask a representative to help you submit a request to access, delete, or correct your personal data. Remember, you’ll still need all the items described above to verify your identity before your request can be completed.
