What's a payment arrangement?
If you need more time to pay your bill, a payment arrangement lets you pay in installments. This helps keep your account from being suspended.
How much does it cost?
It’s FREE to set up a payment arrangement online, in the T-Life app, or through our automated phone system. If you set up a payment arrangement with Customer Care, there’s a $10 fee.

Payment arrangements created in T-Life or online can be changed within the terms offered to you when the payment arrangement was originally created. If your first installment date has passed, you may have fewer options available to change it. Payment arrangements set up with Customer Care or through the automated phone system cannot be changed.

If you didn’t set up your payment arrangement to restore your account, you can delete it within the same day (PST). Otherwise, you can delete your payment arrangement once you have paid off your past duebalance.

Your account may be eligible for a payment arrangement if you’re suspended for non-payment and are 30 days or less past due. .
If eligible, a payment method is required to restore your services.
Your account will typically be restored within 2 hours. Taxes and fees may apply.

We process payments as early as 12:01 AM PT on the due date. To help ensure your payment goes through smoothly, consider setting your due date for one day after you expect funds to be available.

No, you’re still responsible for late fees.

Yes. Just make your early payment first, then update your payment arrangement to reflect the lower amount.

Yes. If you create a payment arrangement, AutoPay will be paused, and you may lose any AutoPay discount. Once you've paid your final installment, AutoPay will automatically resume along with any applicable AutoPay discount – provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
To qualify for the AutoPay discount, you must pay your bill using a debit card (including
T-Mobile Money), bank account orT-Mobile Visa® card. If you use any other credit card or ineligible payment method—even for part of the payment—you’ll lose the AutoPay discount on your next bill. The discount is reassessed for eligibility each billing cycle and will resume if eligible payment methods are used.
