T-Mobile USA customers who wish to make text message donations to organizations assisting relief efforts in Japan can do so without receiving a charge for the text message, or taking away from their messaging plan.
T-Mobile does not charge for text messages sent to mobile giving campaigns.
Customers can donate via a variety of relief organizations, including the American Red Cross by texting “REDCROSS” to “90999” to donate $10.
