My experience at this tmobile store (airline) was what I expected in customer care. Much appreciation to Elaine ! I've been with tmobile for 22 in half years. So it's not my first rodeo of purchasing or adding a phone to my account. My husband and I ended up at the airline tmobile store, after leaving from Saratoga tmobile store. Let me just say that we'll never go to tmobile on Saratoga again! And I sure will be telling everyone we know not to as well. My experience at Saratoga tmobile was a Horrible Nightmare! The rep Joshua (Saratoga) was ugly, rude , unprofessional and speaking very condensending. And his manger Verna wasn't no help as well . I just wanted to purchase a newer galaxy phone that was suppose to be a happy transition, out with the old in with the new. But unfortunately that did not happen. I ordered my a phone in Saratoga store it needed to be mailed to me by UPS . Ended up receiving a block stolen/lost phone, how it ended up in rotation no one can say, but I got it delivered to me. Joshua ( Saratoga rep) told me it didn't have anything to do with tmobile so there was no apologies for the inconvenience. Even though tmobile deemed the phone dead lost or stolen back in February 22. And I just purchased the device on Apirl 5th. And received it on the 9th of Apirl. Unfortunately at this point the run arounds I had to do was crazy, but we ended up at airline tmobile with Elaine. Her customer care was like a breath of fresh air, from just coming from a nightmare experience. The patience and understanding care myself and husband recieved was the reason why I stayed with tmobile after all these years. Elaine was the "BOMB"!! , and so much more! Thank you to the Tmobile store on airline for helping me get my new Galaxy 24 Ultra! Will be doing my business there from now on! And 1 more time ELAINE YOU ROCK🤘😊 View on Google

my home Internet had been losing signal causing me to reset the power at least once a day so I brought into the store and they exchanged the tower no problem got the new tower up and running I'm having good luck so far with t-mobile View on Google
