I've been with Verizon for almost 10 years, and after my experience at this T-Mobile location, I can honestly say I wish I had come here sooner. The first person I want to recognize is China. As soon as I walked into the store, she looked up, came over with a genuine smile, welcomed me, and asked how she could help. That simple gesture made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. I explained that my phone had been giving me problems. I had gone to Verizon the day before, but instead of trying to fix the issue, the representative immediately tried to sell me a new phone. I left frustrated because my problem wasn't resolved. I told China I was considering switching to T-Mobile, but as an over-the-road truck driver, I needed a plan that matched what I already had. I also admitted that I'm not very tech-savvy and didn't know all the details of my current Verizon plan. I asked if she could look through my phone and help me figure it out. Without hesitation, she said, "Absolutely," and got right to work. Within minutes, she found a T-Mobile plan that not only matched what I had but actually gave me more for less money. I also want to recognize the manager and the rest of the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Had to go in for a business account issue while trying to upgrade a line, Naura was super helpful in letting me know the process to correct the account issue. Once that sorted she was able to help with getting the upgrade we needed done quickly. She was very pleasant and professional.
