I will begin by saying the new electronic way of handling T-mobile transactions is frustrating to all parties. Stockholders - Tmobile execs, please consider NOT limiting the human experience in your business structure. Oh and bring back cash transactions. It’s not really customer-centric to have customers bouncing from one store to another for different needs. It’s borderline ridiculous! My son dropped his phone and the screen was inoperable-we needed to purchase a new phone. We were immediately greeted by Marc who is knowledgeable and well versed on plans and programs. We hit a security roadblock because my son’s screen could not receive or submit authorization. The system could not identify him, - the # of times he took an image of his face and license was insane! The customer experience was failing. But we still needed a phone. Determination was a round the corner when Rey T got involved. He came over and began troubleshooting , it was a long long process up to the minute of him clocking out for the evening - he made it happen. I am a customer service manager, so I know customer-centric employees are scarce! The customer experience was salvaged. I applaud both gentlemen for dedicating the time and effort exerted to make the purchase happen. You could have sent us away, but you didn’t. We felt like they genuinely cared. I hope you have a program that rewards such performance in your staff. You have a diamond in the rough, I know! View on Google

We went in to upgrade our plan and phones and Kay-Jay was amazing. There were several steps involved and she made it so smooth and easy for us! Not only did Kay-Jay show how well versed she was in the services and products but she listened to what we wanted to do and made sure we were set. Excellent customer service and will be back here for her even though we have a closer location we can go to! Thank you Kay-Jay! View on Google
