I had the pleasure of being helped by Angel at the T-Mobile store today, and I have to say, this is exactly the kind of customer experience that keeps me loyal to this brand. From the second I walked in, Angel greeted me right away and asked how he could help, which immediately set a warm, welcoming tone for my visit. What stood out most was how he walked me through the current offers and promotions in the store. He was thorough and informative, but never once pushy or overbearing. It felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I had the information I needed to make the best decision for myself, not like he was trying to upsell me on something I didn't need. T-Mobile talks a lot about being the "Un-carrier" and putting people first, and honestly, Angel embodied that perfectly. It's easy for companies to put values on a wall, but Angel actually lived them out. He made me feel taken care of rather than sold to. That kind of genuine, low pressure service is rare these days, and it's the reason I'll keep coming back to this store. View on Google

I went to this store to switch from my current carrier to T-Mobile and could not be happier with the experience. I've had Verizon my whole life but it was time to switch. There are stores that are closer to me but I wanted to go to the big, shiny flagship T-Mobile in Times Square for the fun of it. While I was expecting good service, I wasn't expecting the above and beyond service I received. The team here is awesome! Wildes (Will) was my point person. He helped me set up my new account, got me my new iPhone, and made sure I had every new customer discount available to me. My favorite part was that the top-tier service didn't end when I left the store. We experienced some technical difficulties importing my old phone number that were out of anyone's control. So, I ended up leaving the store before the import happened. Will said he would call me in a few hours to ensure my phone number had been imported (which it was) and he did just that. I really appreciated that level of care. While Will was my point person, other members of the team ensured my experience was unforgettable, as well. Sasha offered her technical expertise and I was really impressed that she could tell what model my old iPhone was from about 15 feet away (and it was in a case). Kevin brought a really welcoming energy and I noticed that he made sure every customer that walked through the door got a great, big "Hello" to start off their experience. Last but not least, Janabelle has a warm personality and a way of making every customer feel important ... really stood out and made my visit even better! When it's time to upgrade my plan or phone, I'll definitely be coming back to this store. View on Google
