I had such a great experience at this T-Mobile store, all thanks to Shadad! From the moment I walked in, he welcomed me so warmly and genuinely made me feel comfortable. I originally came in because of an issue with my phone, but Shadad went above and beyond to help me. He spent hours working through the issues, explaining the current promotions in detail, and trying to find the option that made the most sense for me , without ever making me feel rushed. What impressed me even more was how thorough he was. While looking into the problem I came in for, he actually noticed a few other things I wasn’t even aware of, explained them to me, and helped take care of those as well. Unfortunately, I think many of us have walked into phone stores before and felt like the employees were thinking, “Why are they here?” I’ve definitely experienced that cold or uninterested attitude at other provider stores. Shadad was the complete opposite. He made me feel so welcome and comfortable, almost like I was at home. The funniest part was that while I was there, a friend of mine came to meet me. He knew I had been trying to figure out my phone situation and had actually found another place to take me. As soon as he arrived, he said, “Talk to them, I’m taking you somewhere else.” But after watching Shadad help me for a little while, he completely changed his mind and said, “Let’s stay. This guy is good. I don’t think anyone else is going to help you like this.” 😊 That pretty much says it all! I left T-Mobile genuinely happy with the experience, and that was entirely because of Shadad’s patience, knowledge, kindness, and willingness to actually help. I'm so grateful that Angel could see me so quickly for coming in on the spur of the moment for my cracked screen protector. He provided me with a microfiber cloth for regular cleaning. He was so helpful with assessing my 360 protection towards my request. He suggested that I look to purchasing the home internet but when I proved that I've had it since the fall of 2023 he let me know that I could be using an upgrade that I had no idea about! I'll be back later this week for sure! Not to mention he also showed me the benefits of the T-Mobile Visa card so that I can get more from my services where I would receive cashback on purchases outside of T-Mobile transactions!!! He even had the time to address my fascination with the Galaxy Z Fold8 and how it provides a 3-way equal split to view videos, text AND dealer's choice on the third screen unlike the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra! (I mentioned that it was hard to watch Crunchyroll as a split view since it wasn't supported on my device) I'll also be coming back when it's time to upgrade my phone in the next year or so since I only just bought my current one earlier this spring. I almost forgot that he also took his time in explaining the necessity for accessing my McAfee protection in order to utilize scam call and virus protection.
