Wife and I went to T-Mobile in the Highlands on Tuesday, April 28. Wife transferred her phone from AT&T to T-Mobile; T mobile was supposed to pay her phone off. We experienced a problem with our AT&T bill. We went to AT&T in the Highlands, they sent us to T-Mobile. We're thinking, we're going to get the runaround. We go to T-Mobile because T-Mobile had not paid off her phone. We walked into the Highland store very clean and cozy atmosphere. We received help immediately after walking into the building. Taylor, the T-Mobile rep, was so professional, so helpful, so knowledgeable. She told us what to do and tells us what to do when we get home and have our AT&T bill handy, but we had our AT&T bill with us. We asked her if she could assist us in the store instead of us trying to do it at home, she responded "sure no problem. " The experience was beyond customer service in the 2026 season. Taylor assisted us in something that may have taken US a long time (we are AARP) not tech-savy. She took care of us for about 30 minutes, resolved our issue, the phone is paid off, and we were highly pleased. We offered to buy her lunch. She said, that's part of my job. So we decided to do a Google review to let the whole world know how much Taylor made our day. Keep up the good work Taylor. You should be commended by T-mobile. View on Google

Mykiya made sure I had an excellent in-store experience. She was able to quickly activate and transfer everything to my new phone, answer all of my questions, and even set me up with a great pair of earbuds. I would recommend seeing her for all of your wireless and phone needs. Just a great overall experience. She is definitely the best! View on Google

Chelsea was amazing, me and my husband came in Friday night 5 minutes before closing and this young lady took the time to help us and was very patient with us! Her personality and performance was outgoing. We got the 17pro max with no issues. We came in the next day to turn our old phone she helped with no issues. My husband decided to get our daughter a new phone as well and she also helped us answered all questions we had. Thank you so much 😊 we will be back soon View on Google
