Paul A was excellent! He walked my oldest daughter and me through T Mobile’s technology, options, and helped port numbers from two different plans. I highly recommend Paul! And, the coverage on T Mobile is better than my previous provider both in Iowa and Texas. Kudo’s to Paul and the team at T Mobile! View on Google

My family and I adventured out to this T Mobile WDM location back in December to upgrade our phones prior to going on a cruise. We were promised a package that would include two I-phone 17s and an additional line to be added to our plan. Unfortunately, there was only one 17 left, wo my daughter took that one and we were offered another option. We made arrangements to pick up the second promised I-phone 17 that the representative, Jacob, promised to pick up from another location/Waukee. We called Jacob back on his cell phone and he said he would meet us that upcoming Thursday evening to complete our work with him on the upgrades (Only one phone was available at the time of our initial visit) Thursday came and we arrived at the location and, no Jacob (he had called in sick). Two other customers also came in to have a specific appointment with Jacob while were completing our work with another representative. During this follow up time (Two days before our departure on our trip.) we were informed that the notes that Jacob had made about our plan were not possible and also that there was no additional I-Phone 17 available for my take home that day. I did get the opportunity to make financial adjustments in order to take home a new phone for our trip and I-Phone 17 Pro, I did make the additional financial bite out of my life. The staff that handled this very awkward situation were helpful and off we went on our trip. Fast forward to coming back from our trip and returning our old phones. It took three trips for my old phone to be properly turned in. The second trip that I took on my own I also was "fortunate" to have Jacob wait on me and he wondered why I was not pleased at his service, and that trip ended up even worse that my first trip with the promised I-Phone 17. I refused to answer him in reference to his misrepresentation and false promises, and ended up making an additional trip back for one more attempt to get logged on my old phone and make the final close down. Jacob's rude statement that I was "two minutes late and we would have to come back in another hour" for another reset to happen so I could turn m y phone in. (This happened at 7:30 that night.) Needless to say, I returned the next evening to avoid having any further contact with Jacob and found a great staff ready to rectify this mess to return my old phone and received amazing service from Jennifer and the team after sharing this ridiculous story and getting the old phone deactivated, with explanations, apologies, and next steps advised as follow up. This last trip did definitely change my feelings about that location and the customer service for these mishaps did start the healing process indeed. Thanks Jennifer and team (not Jacob). after visiting the waukee store, and encountering a long wait time, I went to the University location. The guys there got right to my issue, and resolved it in minutes where I had spent a couple of hours on the phone with customer service unsuccessfully. Total kudos to these guys, they knew what they were doing. View on Google
