I stopped in here on a whim to look into making a long overdue upgrade to my phone, and to cancel a watch line that was no longer in use. I was completely unaware of any of the current promotions available to me as I don't watch TV or come into contact with ads often due to how I interact with most Media. Having had precious issues making alterations to my plans and account when making my own attempts through the website I was unsure of what to expect, but I honestly wasn't expecting it to be a pleasant experience. Let me be clear when I say my experience was the complete opposite, and honestly the best experience I've ever had in my 20 years of dealing with phone carriers. Between the assistant manager who took lead in facilitating the transaction for me, and the manager and other associate making suggestions, answering my questions and explaining the promotions along the way...I left the store with a substantially lower monthly payment than I previously had(50 less/mo), while ending up with multiple freebies, and significantly discounted accessories which on their own retailed for more at full price than I spent on 2 transactions that left me with a free current year Samsung tablet(with service no additional cost/mo), a new home internet provider, and an upgrade to the current years top tier Samsung flagship phone. I don't think I could be any happier or satisfied with the products and services I received, and I must say I felt absolutely no pressure to make any additional purchases at any point during my at most 40 minutes in the store. Big shout-out to the team at this location, I highly recommend them and trust they will stear you in the right direction. Lastly, not only did my monthly payment go down for t-mobile, but switching to their home internet is actually saving me another $110/no that I no longer have to give to spectrum for home internet that sure is pretty consistent but has outraged at an unacceptable rate, and is subject to constant price hikes they don't warn you about. I got 2 free months of $55/mo home internet that is locked in for 5 years, and unlimited! You can't beat that. For those who read this in the future understand in some ways I did get lucky happening to walk in father's day weekend to some great promotions, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the service provided at this location, so if you generally use a different t-mobile location, let me tell you, it would be well worth a little extra drive out of your way to stop at this location, they will 100% get you the best options to suit your needs.
