Kudos to Cisco.. My phone was close to toast and I needed a replacement which would come in from one to three days. I told Cisco that I couldn't go for that long without and he actually lent me one of his old phones. Once the replacement came in there was a big problem with the data transfer. Cisco worked all day on it filling in his time between customers to try this and that until it was finally resolved. He's very quiet but very nice guy who shows real care for his customers.
