    I went to this place on a whim when I was walking through the mall one day as me and my partner had already been thinking about switching to T-Mobile for quite some time. The first initial encounter with the first two employees around lunchtime was very positive. They told me great things about the company and that my bill would be roughly around 189$Although a little bit more expensive than my other plan with my previous provider, I was willing to go through with it, given the benefit benefits and perks of switching. Me and my partner ended up getting new phones and I had returned to the store where there was two new employees that night. We were told that our phones were all set and the numbers were transferred over and that all we had to do was transfer data. Unfortunately, when we got home, they had shut off service to both our phones. The data only transferred to one of the phones and my partner’s number transferred to that phone as well, even though it was supposed to be my own. After a grueling, three hours on the phone with customer support, it came to light that the employee Kayli had transferred the product over incorrectly as well as the numbers. I’m not saying that this employee is bad in anyway other than the fact that I felt that she was very inexperienced and needed more training. However, all of their attitudes were very positive. Additionally, my bill was not what was originally told and I was not happy with the increase however, they were willing to work with me to figure things out. I don’t want this review to be taken as negative. I just think that if an employee is going to be working in a store dealing with somebody’s phone, they should have more training so future mistakes like this one doesn’t happen. I was without a phone for more than 24 hours and I have young children…….the next day I ended up going in where I met Cory. Cory was fantastic. If I could give anyone a raise here, it would be him. I highly appreciate that he sat down and went over the bill with me in a couple of different ways. He was willing to help me come to a solution after the hell I went through trying to switch the lines over. Ultimately, I would recommend this place however they need to train the newer employees better. Thanks Cory! View on Google
