My experience today in this store total was absolutely amazing! I was in with my 85 year old mom late in the day, and closing time was approaching. But instead of feeling rushed out, we had the pleasure of working with Albert S. Albert was a customer service superhero! He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and exceeded expectations in every way! We came in stressed and my mom left feeling calm thanks to Albert who was the best brand ambassador T-Mobile could ever have. Thanks Albert and T-Mobile!! Job well done and thanks for treating my elderly mom the way you would want your mom treated!

Christopher. The manager on the TMobile store on federal highway and Linton is the very best in customer care. After not getting my issue resolved via the customer care line, I came into the store and Chris immediately resolved my issue. Plus he discovered a defect in my phone, ordered a replacement and set it up a few days later. Absolutely the best service dovered. Thank you.
