These Terms are an agreement between you and T-Mobile, not Apple, and T-Mobile, not Apple, is responsible for Scam Shield and its content. However, Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of the Terms, meaning that once you accept them, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Terms against you.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for Scam Shield, and is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Scam Shield or your possession and/or use of Scam Shield, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Scam Shield fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is also not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third party claim that Scam Shield or your possession and use of Scam Shield infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights. If Scam Shield fails to confirm to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to Scam Shield, and is not responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses to any failure to conform to any applicable warranty.
In addition to the license terms above, you may also access, acquire, and use Scam Shield on other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, and your use of Scam Shield and the T-Life app is also subject to any applicable App Store Terms of Service.
You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
