TK and Anja helped me so much. Their knowledge and patience helping me get my new line and watch was very appreciated. It was a pleasure working with them and seeing the two of them getting along so well added to the great customer service. I also had to go back the next day to get help with my order and Anthony, Brett and Chris were very helpful as well. 10/10 do recommend. Plus you get amazing rebates to use at Costco! I enrolled in the T-Mobile Costco promotion based on explicit representations regarding monthly pricing, promotional credits, and overall cost savings compared to my Verizon service. Those representations have not been honored. The monthly rate I was quoted is not what I am being billed. In fact, my service with T-Mobile is now more expensive than what I was paying Verizon -- directly contradicting the financial benefits presented at the time of sale. Had the full and accurate cost structure been disclosed, I would not have agreed to switch providers. Since discovering the discrepancy, my efforts to resolve the issue have been met with inconsistent explanations, conflicting information, and a complete lack of ownership. Each customer service interaction produces a different version of events. I have been repeatedly directed to visit a retail store, only to be told in person that the store cannot assist and that I must instead call customer service. This circular deflection suggests either inadequate training or systemic miscommunication. Most troubling, I was disconnected during one of my attempts to obtain clarity regarding my billing. Being hung up on while addressing a billing dispute is unacceptable and further erodes confidence in the company's customer service practices. I am formally documenting these interactions. If this matter cannot be promptly corrected and reconciled to the terms that were represented at the time of sale, I will be pursuing escalation through appropriate corporate, regulatory, and consumer protection channels. Consumers should exercise extreme caution and insist on complete written documentation of all promotional terms, final pricing, and potential conditional adjustments before enrolling. At this point, I expect accountability, transparency, and a resolution -- not continued redirection I want to provide an update to my previous review. After a very frustrating experience with inconsistent information and being passed around multiple times, I was finally connected with the store manager, Brett. Brett was kind, professional, and most importantly — he followed through. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns, worked to address the issues, and ultimately did what was needed to make things right and retain us as customers. That level of accountability makes a difference. While I’m still not thoroughly happy with how many hoops it took to get here, I do appreciate Brett stepping up and resolving the situation.
