I was just at the T-Mobile kiosk in the Christiana mall. I was serviced by a wonderful sales rep by the name of Infinity. Infinity explained to me the various types of phones available and what I could expect from a trade in of my current iPhones. Based on the information she gave provided, I was able to make a determination as to what course of action I would be taking with upgrading 3 phones and adding an additional line. The information that she provided me was clear and concise. Lastly, I just want to let T-Mobile know that Infinity was very personable and a great sales representative for the company.
