As Executive Vice President & Chief Communications & Corporate Responsibility Officer at T-Mobile, Janice Kapner and her Communications, Community and Events organization are the stewards of the Un-carrier story and values-based corporate responsibility initiatives. Janice leads an award-winning team of storytellers and brand ambassadors shaping and sharing the company’s story across all channels, including traditional PR, corporate communications, executive social media and thought leadership, employee communications and engagements, frontline support and company events. Her team also drives corporate responsibility and cause marketing to build T-Mobile's credibility and reputation to achieve measurable progress across T-Mobile's sustainability, philanthropic, corporate governance and DE&I efforts.

Janice launched her career in marketing and PR for Silicon Valley startups, assisting with an IPO and a major acquisition. Before joining the Un-carrier in 2013, she worked at Microsoft for 10 years, eventually serving as the head of worldwide communications for Microsoft Office. She’s the executive sponsor of T-Mobile's Women and Allies Network and a fierce advocate for animals, including her dogs Sydney, Cooper and Nutmeg.
