The lineup includes iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and iPhone Duo - Apple's first foldable iPhone. This article covers those three models.

Which phones are in the iPhone 18 Pro Series?

The main difference is size. iPhone 18 Pro has a 6.3" display and starts at $1,199.99, while iPhone 18 Pro Max has a 6.9" display, a bigger battery (up to 45 hours of video versus 36 hours), and starts at $1,299.99. Both share the same A20 Pro chip and camera system.

Yes. iPhone Duo has a 5.4" outer Super Retina XDR display for use when closed, and a 7.6" inner Super Retina XDR display that opens up for a larger canvas. Both share the same aspect ratio, so content scales proportionally between them.

Does iPhone Duo have two screens?

iPhone Duo has the largest screen in the lineup when unfolded, at 7.6" - about 50% larger than iPhone 18 Pro Max. Among traditional, non-folding iPhones, iPhone 18 Pro Max has the largest display at 6.9".

Which iPhone 18 model has the biggest screen?

iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max come in Black, Silver, Glacier, and an all-new Burgundy. iPhone Duo comes in Star White and Night Sky.

How much will the iPhone 18 Pro cost?

iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at $1,299.99 in the U.S., or $54.12 per month for 24 months through Apple Card Monthly Installments.

How much will iPhone Duo cost?

"Better" depends on what you want from your phone. iPhone Duo offers significantly more screen room when opened plus multitasking features like Split View, while iPhone 18 Pro Max offers a larger traditional iPhone experience with a higher-zoom camera system and a lower starting price. Compare display size, price, durability, cameras, and everyday comfort before deciding.

No. Apple Intelligence requires supported hardware, software, language, and region settings. Availability can vary by feature, so check Apple’s latest compatibility information for your device before relying on a specific Apple Intelligence tool.

Do all iPhones have Apple Intelligence?

Only supported iPhone models include Dynamic Island. Older iPhones with a Home button or traditional notch design may not support it.

How to Reduce Screen Time: Practical Strategies & Benefits

https://www.t-mobile.com/dialed-in/_admin/uploads/2026/06/woman-having-breakfast-at-dining-table-off-tablet.jpg

Start by turning off non-essential notifications, setting app limits for your top two apps, and keeping your phone out of the bedroom. These changes are simple but can reduce how often your phone pulls you back in.

How can I quickly reduce my daily screen time without drastic changes?

The biggest benefits may include better sleep routines, stronger focus, less eye strain, more movement, and more time for in-person connection. Results vary, but many people notice early improvements when they reduce late-night scrolling.

What are the biggest benefits of reducing screen time?

On iPhone, open Settings and look for Screen Time. On many Android phones, open Settings and look for Digital Wellbeing. These dashboards typically show total use, app use, unlocks, and notifications.

How do I check my screen time on my phone?

No. Screen time can help you work, learn, connect, navigate, create, and manage daily tasks. The goal is to reduce screen time that feels automatic, stressful, or disruptive.

Is all screen time bad?

There is no universal limit that fits every adult. A healthy limit depends on your work, health, responsibilities, and goals. Focus on whether screen use is affecting sleep, focus, mood, movement, or relationships.

What is a healthy screen time limit for adults?

App blockers can help because they add friction between an urge and an action. They work best when paired with a replacement habit, such as walking, reading, or stretching.

Do app blockers really work?

It may help, especially if evening screen use delays bedtime or exposes you to bright light at night. Reducing stimulating content before bed can also make it easier to wind down.

Can reducing screen time improve sleep?

Track your baseline, set small goals, pair new habits with existing routines, and expect occasional setbacks. Progress matters more than a perfect streak.

How do I make screen time changes last?

Phone problems? Learn the key signs it’s time to upgrade your phone, from missing security updates and app crashes to battery, charging, and hardware issues.

11 Signs It's Time to Upgrade Your Phone | T-Mobile

11 Signs It’s Time to Upgrade Your Phone

https://www.t-mobile.com/dialed-in/_admin/uploads/2026/09/Man-using-Google-Pixel-smartphone-in-kitchen.jpg

It may be time to upgrade when your phone no longer receives security updates, essential apps stop working, the battery becomes unsafe, or performance problems interrupt normal use. A single issue may be repairable, but several problems at once can point toward replacement.

When should you get a new phone?

Not always. If your phone is secure, reliable, and handles your daily routine, you may be able to keep using it. Upgrade planning becomes more important when the phone is unsupported, damaged, slow, or no longer compatible with the apps you need.

Should I upgrade my phone if it still works?

Poor battery life can be a reason to upgrade, but it can also be a reason to replace the battery. If the phone still gets updates and works well otherwise, battery service may be enough. If poor battery life comes with overheating, shutdowns, or other major issues, replacement may be worth considering.

Is poor battery life a reason to buy a new phone?

Do not ignore a swollen battery, repeated overheating, random shutdowns, missing security updates, or apps that handle sensitive information no longer working. These problems can affect safety, security, or everyday reliability.

What phone problems should I not ignore?

It may carry more risk, especially for banking, payments, email, password managers, and work accounts. Security updates help fix vulnerabilities, so an unsupported phone is usually not ideal for sensitive tasks.

Is it safe to use a phone without security updates?

Crashes can come from buggy apps, low storage, battery problems, or aging hardware. Try updating apps, restarting the phone, and clearing storage first. If crashes continue across multiple apps, the phone may be struggling with newer software demands.

Why does my phone keep crashing?

A loose charging port may be repairable if the rest of the phone is in good shape. If the port problem happens alongside poor battery life, slow performance, or outdated software, upgrading may be the more practical move.

Should I replace my phone if the charging port is loose?

A cracked screen does not always mean you need a new phone. Minor cosmetic cracks may be repairable. Consider upgrading if the touch screen fails, the display flickers, glass pieces loosen, or repair costs are high compared with replacement options.

Does a cracked screen mean I need a new phone?

Back up your data, confirm your passwords, transfer authentication apps, remove personal information from the old phone, and check trade-in or resale requirements. It also helps to keep both phones available for a few days during setup.

What should I do before upgrading my phone?

Start by listing the top two or three problems with your current phone. Then choose a device that addresses those needs, such as better battery life, more storage, improved camera features, longer software support, or stronger performance for gaming and multitasking.

How do I choose my next phone?

Repair may be better when one part is failing and the phone still receives security updates. Replacement may make more sense when the phone has multiple issues, no longer gets updates, or repair costs approach the price of a comparable device.

Is it better to repair or replace an older phone?

Yes. Low storage can make updates harder, slow app performance, and create constant cleanup chores. If you always run out of space, your next phone may need more storage than your current model.

Can storage problems make my phone feel old?
