What you can do with T-Mobile Tuesdays

  • Get free stuff, great perks, and exclusive deals every Tuesday for each eligible T-Mobile line.
  • Get a chance to enter to win epic prizes like amazing vacations, the latest smartphones, gift cards, and more.

What you need to use it

  • A smartphone with Android 9 or higher / Apple iOS 16 or higher.
  • The T Life app installed.
  • An active and eligible T-Mobile phone number. 
  • A T-Mobile ID.
  • A connection to Wi-Fi or T-Mobile's data network.

How to use the app

Log in

  1. If you use a VPN or VPN app, turn it off while you get set up.
  2. Open the T Life app. If prompted, sign in with your T-Mobile ID.
  3. Select the Status tab.

Enable/disable push notifications

  1. Choose the Me tab, then select the Settings gear.
  2. Select the Allow Notification switch.
  3. Adjust your phone's notification settings for the T Life app.

Redeem your offer!

Offer expiration date and time vary. Don't select Redeem until you're ready to redeem an offer with the exclusive partner.

  1. Open the T Life app. If prompted, sign in with your T-Mobile ID.
  2. Choose the Status tab.
  3. Select an offer to view more details. A countdown timer shows how long you have to save an offer.
  4. Select Save to save the offer to My Stuff.
  5. Select the My Stuff gift icon to view your saved offers and how long until they expire.
  6. Select Redeem when you're ready to use the offer. Some offers expire two minutes after you select Redeem.

Having trouble?

  • Make sure you're using a supported device (no tablets, as they're not supported at this time).
  • Test your device's data connection and make sure it's working.
  • Ensure you're not connected to a VPN or using a VPN app.
  • Check the app store for updates to T Life.
  • Uninstall and then reinstall T Life, then try again. This can help refresh the settings.
