T-Mobile Tuesdays is an app for Android and iOS that gives you exclusive perks and the chance to enter to win prizes. Every week, you can get free stuff and great deals from brand you love – just for being a T-Mobile, Sprint, or Metro by T-Mobile customer. Qualifying plan required.  T-Mobile Home Internet and Small Business Internet customers are now eligible for T-Mobile Tuesdays!

What you can do with the T-Mobile Tuesdays app

  • Get free stuff, great perks, and exclusive deals every Tuesday for each eligible T-Mobile line.
  • Get a chance to enter to win epic prizes like amazing vacations, the latest smartphones, gift cards, and more.

What you need to use it

  • A smartphone with Android 7 or higher / Apple iOS 13 or higher
  • An active and eligible T-Mobile phone number 
    • For T-Mobile Home Internet or Small Business Internet customers, you may see this referred to as your MSISDN
  • A connection to Wi-Fi or T-Mobile's blazing-fast data network

How to use the app

Log in

  1. If you use a VPN or VPN app, turn it off while you get set up.
  2. Open the app.
  3. After the intro video plays, select Sign in.
  4. Enter your T-Mobile phone number, then select Accept and continue
  5. You will get a PIN code in a text message. Enter the PIN.

Enable/disable push notifications

  1. Select More icon with three dots on the bottom right.
  2. Select Settings, then select the switch next to Notifications.
  3. Adjust your phone's notification settings for the T-Mobile Tuesday app.

How to use the app for Home Internet or Small Business Internet customers

If you do not have a T-Mobile phone, but have Home or Small Business Internet with a T-Mobile Gateway, follow these directions. You will download the T-Mobile Tuesdays App on your non T-Mobile phone and then use your Gateway to receive a one-time PIN, which you will then enter on your phone to complete the process. Detailed steps below. 

  1. If you use a VPN or VPN app, turn it off while you get set up.
  2. Open the app, select Learn More, then select Sign in.
  3. Enter your T-Mobile internet line number (also referred to as MSISDN) associated with your internet service, then select Continue.
    To find the internet line number or MSISDN associated with your internet service:
    1. Open the T-Mobile Internet App, navigate to the tab labeled More, then choose Gateway Information. The internet line number is displayed under “MSISDN."

    3. The internet line number / MSISDN is also located on your T-Mobile bill.
  4. You will get a PIN code in a text message sent directly to your Internet gateway device. Get steps to access the text/SMS message.
  5. Enter the PIN code received on the Internet gateway device, then select Finish.

How to use the app for Business Internet customers with bring your own device (BYOD)

If you do not have a T-Mobile phone, but have Business Internet with your own router or modem, follow these directions. You will download the T-Mobile Tuesdays App on your non T-Mobile phone and then use your Gateway to receive a one-time PIN, which you will then enter on your phone to complete the process. Detailed steps below. 

  1. If you use a VPN or VPN app, turn it off while you get set up.
  2. Open the app, select Learn More, then select Sign in.
  3. Enter your T-Mobile internet line number (also referred to as MSISDN) associated with your internet service, then select Continue.
    • The internet line number / MSISDN can be found on your T-Mobile bill, service activation documentation, or by contacting T-Mobile Customer Care
  4. You will get a PIN code in a text message sent directly to your Internet gateway device. 
    • You will need to leverage the SMS capability of your device, which may include using a graphical user interface provided by the manufacturer (refer to device manual), or a screen located on the actual device.
  5. Enter the PIN code received on the Internet gateway device, then select Finish.

Redeem offer

  1. Open the app and log in (if required).
  2. Select an offer to view more details. A countdown timer shows how long you have to save an offer.
  3. Select Save to save the offer to My Stuff.
  4. Select the My Stuff gift icon to view your saved offers and how long until they expire.
  5. Select Redeem when you're ready to use the offer.
    Note: Offer expiration date and time vary. Some offers expire two minutes after you select Redeem. Don't select Redeem until you're ready to redeem an offer with the exclusive partner.

Having trouble with the app?

  • Make sure you're using a supported device (no tablets, as they're not supported at this time).
  • Test your device's data connection and make sure it's working.
  • Ensure you're not connected to a VPN or using a VPN app.
  • Is your app up to date?
    • Sometimes T-Mobile will send an update that requires you to accept it. These updates help to improve the overall application experience.
    • These updates may require you to re-authenticate to access the app.
    • If the app update is not working, try updating from the App Store or Play Store. If the update is still failing, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.
  • Uninstall and then reinstall the app, then try again. This can help refresh the settings.
