If something doesn’t go smoothly, we’ll let you know what to do next in the app. Here are some important tips:
- Make sure you’re already connected to the internet over Wi-Fi or Ethernet and can pull up a web page before trying to activate service again.
- Don’t use an international credit card or a debit card that only works with a PIN.
- If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can reset it online.
