With I-Billing, get detailed information about charges and call history for your business. Learn how to manage user profiles and personal information. 

Manage users

As an administrator, you can add users and customize their permissions.

  1. Log in to the I-Billing portal and select User Profiles
  2. Select Manage Users.
  3. Select Add User.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Select the user permissions to assign and select Save.


Update personal information

  1. Log in to the I-Billing portal and select User Profiles
  2. Select Personal Information.
  3. Update the information you want to change, then select Save.
