Manage users
As an administrator, you can add users and customize their permissions.
- Log in to the I-Billing portal and select User Profiles.
- Select Manage Users.
- Select Add User.
- Enter the required information.
- Select the user permissions to assign and select Save.
Update personal information
- Log in to the I-Billing portal and select User Profiles.
- Select Personal Information.
- Update the information you want to change, then select Save.
