Getting started
To be eligible for I-Billing, you must have at least 16 lines on your account. Government accounts and some Business accounts are excluded from this minimum. Contact Business Care at 1-800-375-1126 to discuss adding I-Billing to your account.

Manage your account with I-Billing
Managing your wireless plan is more efficient and convenient when you use I-Billing. With I-Billing:
- Allocate expenses to cost centers, locations, and projects
- Monitor calling patterns
- Automate budgeting and managerial reports
- Save valuable time each month
Information storage
The amount of time that information is stored in I-Billing varies.
- Statement details: 12 months (only one month of data can be exported out of I-Billing at a time)
- Usage data: 3 months
- Subscriber Summary Report: 12 months
When to expect a bill to appear
Data can take up to 10 days from the bill date to be available in I-Billing.
Remove I-Billing
Contact Business Care at 1-800-375-1126 to have the service removed. Once removed, you'll no longer have access to the information in I-Billing.
