The Primary Account Holder, also known as PAH, can change the language for each line on the account individually. Learn more about how to set online permissions.

T-Mobile app

  1. Log in to T-Mobile.com as the PAH.
  2. Go to More 
  3. Go to Profile settings 
  4. Go to Language Settings.
  5. Select English or Espanol 
  6. Click Save.

 

T-Mobile.com

  1. Log in to T-Mobile.com as the PAH
  2. Click your name at the top right
  3. Click Profile 
  4. Go to Language Settings
  5. Select English or Espanol
  6. Click Save

 

Automated call system

  1. Call 611 from your T-Mobile device.
  2. After the IVR greeting, say your desired language in either English or Spanish.
