Want a new language for, the T-Mobile App, or the automated call system? We can do that. The Primary Account Holder (PAH) can change the language for each line on the account, but you must do each line individually.


T-Mobile app

  1. Log in to as the PAH.
  2. Tap More > Profile settings > Language Settings.
  3. Select English or Espanol and tap Save.

  2. Click your name at the top right.
  3. Click Profile > Language Settings.
  4. Select English or Espanol and click Save.


Automated call system

After the IVR greeting, say your desired language in either English or Spanish.
