They made sure I got my bag (a perk that the company offered) and they were so pleasant about it. I thanked them in person however want to thank them publicly.     Everyone that works at this location are above and beyond! From being greeted when walking in and throughout the whole process of upgrading my phone, hands down the best customer service I've seen recently.
