I’ve read the reviews on this place and let me tell you I don’t agree with the 1 stars. We are from Florida visiting family for a funeral. My son’s phone wasn’t working at all. So today we went into the store and Amy was our representative. She was extremely helpful and patient. She answered all of our questions. She gave us multiple options as far as new phones, new plans and we were even thinking of adding a line. I wouldn’t even say we were in there for more than maybe an hour and half. My son left extremely happy and satisfied with his new phone and new plan. I would’ve given 5 stars but there was no customer bathroom so I had to walk to urgent care to use the restroom.
