Over the last three days, I have visited the Killeen T-Mobile store multiple times while trying to get my husband’s new Samsung watch working properly. Every single time we walked in, we were greeted by friendly, happy, and genuinely helpful employees who went out of their way to help us. We were having ongoing issues with the new watch and ended up having to replace the first one. Unfortunately, the second watch was experiencing the same problems, which meant another trip back to the store. During one of our visits, we were helped by Charles and Roman. Charles was incredibly friendly and tried everything he could think of to get my husband’s watch working. If he was ever frustrated, we certainly would have never known it! He kept a smile on his face the entire time and never made us feel like we were a bother. When we still couldn’t get the watch to work, Roman went above and beyond as well. He offered to stop by another store on his way back to work the next day to help us replace the second watch. That kind of willingness to help really stood out to us. We then had the pleasure of working with Pedro, another one of your specialists, and he went above and beyond what was required of him. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem and was ultimately able to get my husband’s watch working! We were so relieved and incredibly grateful for his patience and expertise. I also want to recognize Ariana, who was incredibly friendly and took the time to share her ideas and suggestions with us as well. I truly cannot say enough about all four of these employees. Their kindness, patience, positive attitudes, and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Because of these four individuals, we will absolutely be returning to this T-Mobile store—and nowhere else! Thank you, T-Mobile, for taking such great care of us and for having employees who truly care about their customers.
