Super awesome service at this location! I have had mixed experiences at other locations and even mixed experiences with phone customer service, but this store is different. I was helped by multiple staff members and even the manager for a technical issue I was having with a phone upgrade, and they were able to resolve a technical what multiple calls to phone customer service couldn't. I even got a call from the manager a couple days later to check up to make sure everything was working. Highly recommended to go into this store and it will be my new go-to when I have any issues or need a phone upgrade! View on Google

The employees in this T-Mobile are a breath of fresh air! From Jenna the Experience Assistant to JJ the T-mobile expert! They had helped me so much more than they know today and made it so easy to get a new phone when I had no idea where to start. I really appreciate them and their manager Lisseth! Updated: 04/11/2027 First of all, kudos to these following people for helping me on two separate occasions: Manny and Sherry, and Karlee and Jenna My first visit was when I picked up my new iPhone 17 Pro with Screen Protector. Manny and Sherry helped me equally with transferring service from my old phone. Manny did a great job attaching the screen protector: no bubbles, no random particles. I got there an hour before they close, and they accommodated the setup time up to minutes after closing. They answered all of my questions kindly and patiently. My second visit, I picked up a screen protector for my husband’s new iPhone, and Karlee did a great job putting it on. In addition, both Karlee and Jenna did a great job advertising the GPS tracker. They made use I know all info I need about it before I left. I had other tracking devices, but nothing that can connect to T-Mobile towers. I may come back soon and get a few of them, since I travel a lot. Only $2 a month per tracker, so I’ll take advantage of that. Update: My third visit, I was helped by JJ, with Karlee on the side, as well as Sherry. I had two goals: return an old iPhone for trade in, and get SyncUp Tracker. Firstly, Sherry was generous enough to take the phone I needed to return for trade in, so that saved me a trip to the UPS Store. Secondly, JJ was very helpful, and friendly, when setting me up with the 2 SyncUp Trackers that I subscribed to: only $2 a month (for the tracker and the data included). Karlee also helped with setting up connection. I highly recommend everyone to check out this place. They have everything, both items and great service. View on Google
