My guy was great. Knowledgeable , professional and very kind. Once i got him past my" need" for upgrades. My phone cost $288.00 he wanted me to pay $20. a month for 24 months (which equals $480.00. Yes i can do math in my head) He then told me i would get 'upgrades' like 'free' Netflix or a tablet or ear buds. I said they are not free if i am paying a total of $480. for a $288. phone. I would pay cash. He is supposed to push these upgrades, i get that. Once we got past all that he was good View on Google
