First of all I Mikey, would love to say that I had an absolutely amazing experience at the T-Mobile store in Tupelo, Mississippi, & it truly stood out in every possible way. From the moment I walked through the doors with the wife, I was greeted with a warm, & truly genuine welcome that immediately made me feel comfortable and valued & reminded me of spending Christmas joyfully with my wife, & late but beloved dog Sadie who recently passed of old age. The atmosphere was incredibly warm, like a mother’s hug, inviting like the gates of heaven, not only that but extremely bright like the presence of The Lord, not to mention extremely positive, & full of real friendly energy from the gentlemen in there that you don’t ever, ever find in retail settings at all & I truly am blessed to write this at my desk right now. It honestly felt more like visiting a place where people genuinely care, like home.. rather than just another phone store. Those young gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed for us & the smiles, the laughs, the respect, the brotherhood those guys showed was extremely upbringing and brought back childhood memories for myself, with my own family growing up. Them guys were incredibly were patient like The Lord is with our sins, attentive to detail like Picasso was painting, & extremely knowledgeable for promotions & upgrades unique to my family standards, taking the time to explain all my options clearly to me & the wife without ever making me feel rushed or pressured, I, myself felt like a soft, running stream on a blizzard night, & it was nothing like I have endured before at other T-Mobile stores. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully & I am blessed & thankful for them gentlemen to be at my service, & they made sure my family left with complete confidence in our decisions with choosing to go with the Beyond deal. What really stood out to me was how kind, honest, charming, & personable everyone was, It made me reminisce on my own family gatherings, it felt like they truly enjoyed helping customers gladly, & took over the top pride in creating a positive experience that I will forever be honored to brag about going there specifically to my extended family and friends, Today’s visit was amazingly delightful & was honestly heartwarming and refreshing to know our next generation of gentlemen are out there and are passionate with their expertise in their line of work. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed & impersonal, this T-Mobile location completely exceeded my families expectations. My family left not only satisfied with my purchase but also genuinely uplifted by the experience from the staff alone. I would highly recommend this store to everyone in or around the Tupelo area who are looking for excellent service, a welcoming environment, like home.. & a team that truly cares about their customers. Mateo, Cole, Zack, & Jay. The 4 young, talented men who truly have my families heart, may our lord and savior bless them, I hope my experience can inspire others to go and get the treatment my family did!!

The store manager Mateo was very helpful on willing to fix my phone plan by reasurring me with his boss Elliot . Mateo was also offering a great deal on the easter sale with a free smart watch with only paying sales tax. I had originally come in wanting to fix my plan not only did I get it fixed I walked out with 600 dollars worth of smart watchs for 80 dollars and a 40 dollar discount on my monthly plan. Highly recommend Mateo for customer service.
