I no longer have T-Mobile as my carrier, but when I went to Verizon (my current carrier) for help with my device, the Verizon rep said they don't troubleshoot phones they only sell them. upset and with no other options, I took a chance and went to the t mobile store directly down the street from my verizon store, where I met with a T-Mobile representative Mark, who helped me fix my phone problem even though I was not currently a T-Mobile customer. Mark took his time to listen to what the issue was and quickly resolved my phone problem. If it weren't for T-Mobile and Mark at the Citrus Park T-Mobile Store I wouldn't have known what to do. as soon as I can, I'll be moving back to T-Mobile from Verizon. View on Google
