Absolutely wonderful experience. Exemplary customer service. Christian is a hero. And I can’t remember the other fella’s name, he was very tall with long-ish hair)… but they were both so kind and friendly and incredibly helpful. They helped us get a better deal on our plan and also provided us with the support we needed to walk us through an upgrade on one of our phones. I’m actually really happy that T-mobile bought Sprint because when Sprint was in this location, the staff there were NOT helpful at all. The T-mobile reps are AMAZING! View on Google

I Was recently in to have a discrepancy in my billing resolved. I was helped by Mateo and Daniel. They went above and beyond to resolve my issue. A time before that recently I went in and was helped by Luke, who was also incredibly helpful. I've had to go in many times recently, and every time I visit this location I feel like I am family or that I am getting friend treatment. in my experience their policy seems to be to treat everyone exceptionally. It's too bad Olive Garden already stole the slogan because when you go to the Queensberry T-Mobile...when you're there, you're family View on Google
