Hear me out Sam and the manager Damien 10/10 Gentlemen, as soon as i walked-in greeted me, I explained that I needed to make this return. They handle it under 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. I went to the one that was closest to me on Main Street in Hesperia, California. Ashley was the customer representative? She said she cannot make the return. The computer won’t let her that I have to go to corporate t-Mobile off Bear Valley Road hesperia . I said can you call The corporate store on Bear Valley Hesperia just so I don’t make a trip for nothing. She calls The carpet store and hand it to me. Damien The manager is on the phone explaining to me that Ashley can do the return and he was explaining to me how I said hold on can you explain it to Ashley Ashley then put the phone on hold and says I can’t do the return it won’t let me I said but Damien from the other store is trying to explain Ashleysays I don’t like them we don’t like them so you’re just gonna have to go to them for the return so I had to go all the way across town to do exactly what Ashley Could have done if she didn’t dismiss the other manager Damien at the other store and follow directions. What Sam and the manager Damien did for me with under 10 minutes at the same time Ashley could’ve did the exact same thing, but she didn’t want to because she didn’t like the other store and she didn’t wanna talk to them on the phone sounds to me like she’s not liking to work there. She was kind of rude and not really willing to help me what Sam and Damien did for me At the T-Mobile Bear Valley store off Hesperia Road handled my stuff so fast made me feel like friend and family greeting me as soon as I walked in and got down to business. They knew exactly what they were doing. Ashley could’ve got the exact same thing done but she didn’t wanna work. I would never go back to that store off of Main Street in Hesperia T-Mobile ever again Ashley she needs The manager to explain to her on how things will work around there because the other store that I went to corporate T-Mobile Bear Valley Road they know exactly what they’re doing and they handle my my return very fast. I’m very happy with this Bear Valley T-Mobile store hesperia Sam and Damien, you guys freaking rock keep up the good work and don’t hire anybody. That’s like Ashley from the main street T-Mobile store in Hesperia much success to you, Sam and Damien. Thank you for everything.
